The Hamilton Music Collective is a network of highly accomplished musicians, respected educators and experienced industry professionals dedicated to inspiring and growing audiences for jazz and its related forms in Hamilton. With the much acclaimed Darcy Hepner Jazz Orchestra and a comprehensive array of national and international guest artists, the Hamilton Music Collective advances a unique vision for the continued development of high quality music events in our community producing a year-round schedule of performance, education and lectures for audiences of all ages.

An Instrument for Every Child is a music education initiative originated in Germany on offer within the framework of the European Culture Capital 2010 in the Ruhr region. The Hamilton Music Collective, in partnership with the Hamilton Philharmonic, is dedicated to bringing this exceptional program to Hamilton.
